Applications for the 2027 show are open from November 15, 2026 through February 28, 2027
The application will not be complete until the application fee has been received

Late applications may be considered at the CIP Committee's discretion.
Refunds may be considered for individuals with a valid excuse at the discretion of the CIP Committee.

Payment is required via US mail.  
Please send a check for $125 payable to Andover Crafts in the Park to:  Andover Crafts in the Park, PO Box 685, Andover, MA 01810 along with a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE).
Please include a photo of your booth or truck.
Your check will be returned if you are not selected as a vendor.
We reserve the right to limit the number of food vendors.

No food vendor application will be accepted without the following:

• Servsafe certificate
• $125 entrance fee-The application will not be complete until the application fee has been received
• Self Addressed Stamped Envelope
• The Andover Board of Health (978-623-8295) must be contacted no later than March 15 to obtain the necessary permits
• Late applications may be considered at the CIP Board’s discretion.  No refunds will be given after April 1.  Refunds may be considered for individuals with a valid excuse at the discretion of the CIP Board.

*Very important information for any food product vendor: Please call the Health Department for information before you apply to CIP.  Food vendors need to have ServSafe certification and also obtain an additional permit to sell food for the day from the Town of Andover Health Department (978-623-8295). The Town will check for the proper permits during the show.  Compliance with Town Health Department requirements is required.
